The call for EHA2022 Congress abstract submissions will open on January 1, 2022. Abstract submission is an opportunity to showcase your research to more than

15,000 hematology professionals from around the world.

The EHA Annual Congress is a forum for original, unpublished data, hematological innovation, and evidence-based knowledge of primary clinical relevance. Take advantage of a prime opportunity to be part of the EHA2022 Hybrid Congress program and submit an abstract.

Grants are available

Application for Travel & Participation Grants starts on January 1, 2022.

 

Travel grants provide complimentary registration + € 500 for travel arrangements for the EHA Hybrid Congress. Participation grants provide complimentary registration for virtual-only attendance. Grants will only be available for investigators with accepted abstracts submitted during regular abstract submission. Travel & Participation Grants support young investigators; applicants should be 36 years of age or younger. EHA reserves a number of Travel & Participation Grants for abstract authors from countries with emerging economies

 

Travel & Participation Grant applications will be reviewed based on the following criteria:

 

  • You have applied for a junior membership with EHA by March 1, 2022,

  • Your junior membership fee has been paid by March 6, 2022,

  • You are the first, presenting, and submitting author of a submitted abstract to EHA2022.

 

The Scientific Program Committee (SPC) will decide, according to the abstract scores, which abstract receives a Travel / Participation Grant. The SPC will announce Grant awards to the submitting author, together with their abstract allocation, by email by April 23, 2022.

 

Note: Current winners of EHA Research Grants, CRTH, or EHA-ASH TRTH programs are not eligible to receive a Travel / Participation Grant. View EHA’s policy on double awarding here.
